Where We Ship

We currently ship to four countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. These are the only countries available at checkout — if your country isn't one of these, we're unable to deliver to you at this time.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to all four countries we serve. There's no minimum spend and no time limit on this — it's simply how we price our shipping.

Delivery Estimate

Every item is made to order, so please allow 4–12 business days from order to delivery. This is our best estimate, not a guarantee, since it depends on production and local delivery conditions.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders (Canada and Australia), any import duties or customs fees are covered by The Bawdu Shop. You should not be charged anything extra on delivery.

Made to Order

Nothing is kept in stock — each item is printed specifically for your order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Production begins promptly once your payment is confirmed.

Returns

Change of Mind

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if you simply change your mind, no reason required.

How to Start a Return

Email customerservice@thebawdushop.com to start a return. Because every item is made to order, we handle returns case-by-case — we'll confirm the next steps (which may include inspection, replacement, or refund) directly with you once we hear from you.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, you're entitled to a free replacement or refund — this is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind window. Please report the issue to customerservice@thebawdushop.com as soon as reasonably possible after you notice it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe, in USD. If your order was displayed in another currency, the refunded amount may differ slightly from what you originally saw due to exchange rate movement and timing.

Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order at any time before it ships — for example if a design can no longer be produced, or if we suspect an order is fraudulent. If we cancel your order before shipment, we will review the situation and issue an appropriate refund.
