These terms govern any order placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Who We Are

The Bawdu Shop ("we", "us", "our") is a sole trader based in Newcastle, United Kingdom. These terms are a contract between The Bawdu Shop and you, the customer ("you", "your").

What We Sell

We sell unisex graphic apparel, printed to order through our print-on-demand manufacturing partner, Printify. Our catalogue rotates on a monthly basis as new "drop" collections are released, so a design that's available today may not be available in future months.

Orders and Acceptance

A contract between you and The Bawdu Shop is formed once your payment has been successfully processed, not before. Because each item is made to order, we may cancel an order at any time before it ships — for example if a design can no longer be produced, or if we suspect an order is fraudulent. If we cancel your order before shipment, we will review the situation and issue an appropriate refund.

Pricing and Currency

Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, based on an approximate, rounded conversion. Regardless of the currency shown, you will always be charged in US Dollars (USD) at checkout, and this is disclosed before you pay. Prices do not include VAT, as The Bawdu Shop is not currently VAT registered.

Returns and Refunds

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Full details of returns, refunds, and cancellations are on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to The Bawdu Shop and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site or its checkout systems.
• Dispute a legitimate charge with your bank or card provider (chargeback) without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bawdu Shop's liability to you in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
